This consent you give to TEREZIA COMPANY s.r.o. is consent with the processing of your personal data and with marketing activities performed against your person, including providing discounts for purchase of goods within the framework of the registration and membership in TEREZIA Club.
You may revoke your consent at any time. If you are a registered member of TEREZIA Club, your membership in TEREZIA Club will be terminated by revoking your consent and the information on the discounts arising from your membership and newsletters will no longer be sent to you. (Termination of the membership shall be without prejudice to the possibility to further purchase TEREZIA COMPANY’s goods.)
This consent has been granted in compliance with personal data protection regulations, i.a. in compliance with Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”) and with consumer protection legal regulations (concerning sending of newsletters).

Legal base and purpose of personal data processing
2. The legal base of the processing of your personal data is your consent hereby given to the Controller pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of GDPR.
3. Granting of your consent is not mandatory, is not required by law and does not constitute a condition for concluding an agreement with TEREZIA COMPANY. It constitutes a condition for the registration of membership in TEREZIA Club and for performance of marketing activities against your person by TEREZIA COMPANY (including for example providing discounts on purchase of goods, discount on the customer’s birthday or name day for the members of TEREZIA Club, sending newsletters or provision of discounts within
the framework of the chosen partnership discount program).
4. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the controller’s performance of marketing activities against your person, including sending of newsletters and provision of discounts.
Personal data categories and period for which such data are saved
5. The personal data processed on the basis of this consent differ according to the type of the registration or the type of discount you have chosen:
a. In the event of quick registration via Facebook or Google, the registration data include some of the data you provided to the above-mentioned platforms, i.e. e-mail address, password (registered customer’s log-in data) and profile picture.
b. In the event of quick registration on TEREZIA COMPANY’s website (i.e. without your Facebook or Google account), the registration data include the e-mail address and password.
c. In the event of full registration: name, surname, telephone number, invoicing address, delivery address and the name and surname of the contact person at the delivery address. You can also enter your birth date or your name day date.
d. If you claim a discount within the framework of TEREZIA COMPANY’s partnership discount programs (such as a Sphere Card holder, Raiffeisen Club member, person insured by General Health Insurance Company, etc.), such data include name, surname and, depending on the discount program chosen, also an identifier empowering you to use the discount chosen (for example the Sphere Card number, General Health Insurance Company insured’s card number, etc.) and data regarding your registration with the health insurer, membership in a certain organization or club or holding of a certain (identification) card, depending on the discount program chosen.
6. The period for which your personal data will be saved by the Controller is the period until your consent is revoked.
Personal data recipients
7. If you give your consent through the Internet, further recipients of your personal data processed on the basis of such consent are the persons providing webhosting services and the website administration for TEREZIA COMPANY.
Data subject’s rights
8. You are entitled to revoke at any time your consent with the processing of your personal data and sending newsletters given to TEREZIA COMPANY. This, however, shall be without prejudice to the legitimacy of the processing of your personal data before revoking your consent and the legitimacy of the processing of your personal data on the basis of legal grounds other than the consent. You may revoke your consent with the processing of your personal data and sending newsletters by sending an e-mail referring to “Revocation of consent – Newsletter” to info@terezia.eu.
9. Under the conditions set forth by GDPR, you are entitled to request that the Controller provides you with access to your personal data, to request right to correct or delete your personal data, restriction of the processing of your data and right to transferability of your personal data.
10. Should you believe that the processing of your personal data breached or breaches GDPR, you are inter alia entitled to lodge a complaint at a supervisory body, i.e. at the Personal Data Protection Office (www.uoou.cz).
