Blue honeysuckle, also known as fly honeysuckle, is a deciduous, densely branched shrub native to Siberia and Japan. The flavour and appearance of blue honeysuckle resemble blueberries, which is why the fruit is sometimes called the Kamchatka blueberry. In the Czech Republic it thrives at medium elevation, foothills and mountains, and it is cultivated more and more. It is very nutritious, which makes it a superfood; this is why we included it in our KIDDY VIT PLUS Horses.
