Maral root

The Maral root (Leuzea carthamoides) is a mountain herb which stimulates mental functions, supports generally human organism, increases our resilience in stressful situations and contributes to a standard functioning of our cardiovascular system. It inhabits subalpine and alpine meadows retreating sometimes to forest zones in altitudes of 1,200-2,000 m above sea level. The Maral root occurs mostly in the regions of Altai and Kazakhstan but also in northern Mongolia.
